The DesignSolver's Streamlined System

Your DesignSolver's team space has 4 columns: Start Here, Backlog, Active Task, and Approved.
- 👇 START HERE: Contains this guide, brand asset uploads, task request form, and subscription management.
- ⌛ BACKLOG: Newly created tasks appear here.
- ⚙️ ACTIVE TASK: Move tasks here for us to work on. Limit: 1 active task per subscription plan.
- ✅ APPROVED: Move completed tasks here to approve and select a new task from Backlog.

Working on a task:
- Ensure Active Task column has available slots.
- Move a task from Backlog column to Active Task.
- We'll receive a notification and begin.
Requesting a task:
- Use the form to specify request type and provide requirements/assets. Use the one related to your Design Plan Subscription.
- Request task form - Basic Plan
- Request task form - Pro Plan
- Request task form - Elite Plan
Receiving completed designs:
- Expect updates every 24-48h.
- Turnaround varies by complexity/length.
- Complex tasks may require more time.
- Check our Estimated Turnaround Times
Giving feedback:
- Provide comments on the correspondent task card messaging section.
Changing the active task:
- Move a task from Active Task to Backlog and the new one from Backlog to Active Task. We will receive a notification about the change.
Changing active tasks:
- Move current task back to Backlog, select a new task.
Deleting tasks:
- Delete tasks directly by clicking the 3 dots and deleting task
Uploading files:
- You can upload files through the request task form or just upload directly to the correspondent task card
Approving tasks:
- Move completed tasks to Approved column.
Having more available active tasks:
- Requires additional subscription plans.

🔔 When will you receive your completed design?
We will send you a status update every 24-48 hours. If the task is small and can be completed within that period, you will receive the final design files for approval or feedback. If the design task is more complex and requires additional time, we will send an update on the work in progress.

Please consider that the time required for each task may vary depending on complexity and length. Below is a list of estimated delivery times for each type of task available in the different design subscription plans.

We work labor days from Monday to Friday, as most business. The turnaround times don't count Saturdays and Sundays.
